Staff was courteous and polite but not efficient or professional.

Paid for AC then when we arrived said would not turn on until May (there in April). Paid extra $ for “upgrade”. there was no upgrade. When checking in they charged almost double for a third person, it was a three person room! Refused to provide a bath towel. There’s really nothing good I can say about this place. It was some sort of holiday so they took exceptional advantage and gauged any unlucky sole who made the mistake of going there. This is only the 2nd bad review/warning I have ever made. i try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I feel obligated to warn others of just how horrible this experience was.
